Would You Take the Leap?
A scenario with no right answer. Weigh a job offer against a startup idea and see the trade-offs each path carries.

There is no universally correct answer to a decision like this. The aim of the activity is to make the trade-offs visible, so that whatever you choose, you choose it with your eyes open. Read the situation, pick a path, and see what that path optimises for and what it costs.
THE SITUATION
You are 22. You have a strong job offer from a major company, good pay and a clear path. You also have an idea for a startup, twelve months of personal savings, and two potential cofounders who are interested but not committed.
There is no scoreboard here. Choose the option you would actually take, then read the trade-offs.
What do you do?
Good career decisions are about understanding trade-offs, not finding a universally correct answer. Notice which risks you were quickest to accept: that often says more about you than about the options.
